THE ALCHEMIST

Lumi's Debut Solo Exhibition

The Dahl Arts Center in Rapid City, South Dakota

February 20 through April 11 2026 in the Ruth Brennan Gallery

The Dahl, "This exhibition brings together two series created by Lumi over the past two years: La Période Bleue (The Blue Period) and La Période Lumière (The Light Period). This immersive, two-part show follows the artist’s personal and spiritual journey, starting with a deep exploration of the color blue and expanding into a full spectrum of light. La Période Bleue explores ideas of time, memory, and the unseen, resulting in dreamlike scenes where figures and their higher selves move through imagined worlds. The exhibition will then shift to La Période Lumière, a new collection of works inspired by sacred geometry, alchemy and the artist’s growing spiritual awareness. In this series, the work becomes more abstract as the blue transitions to yellows, reds, black, and white, reflecting themes of clarity, change and inner growth."
