The Wisdom of Light

"Color is not a lifeless, static phenomenon, but it is in reality a vital force, a strong power and influence in our lives." S. G. J. Ouseley

There is so much wisdom in light, but one must come to the realization that such wisdom can only be acquired after continuous navigation through the shadows.

We all have a deep remembering of the Great White Light, the roots of our spirits tie us tightly to the warm body of the divine being. Our skin emanates with life, the glowing fire illuminates us from within.

Our breath, our heartbeats, the blood in our veins, all align in a cosmic waltz with Source. We dance an inseparable dance, we sing an infinite song, our spirits arms are entangled with the rays of the sun.

Our vessels stand as homes for the light, our spines oscillate with an array of hues. Our body, mind, and soul, the holy trinity, unites under the sunlight. Our skin, soft and delicate, becomes alive under the warm glow.

The crimson red runs through our veins, circulating from every one of our toes to the top of our heads, a closed loop renewed by the passing of time. We are grounded in the safety of our vessels, we sit with strength in our bones as our hips glow with an orange hue. We are reminded of our divine connection to spirit as creativity flows through us. We lift our stomachs to the sunlight, warm yellow rays pour power into our posture, we stand strong with the light emanating below our ribs. As we begin to release our grip on the grief we hold in our hearts, the green glow from the trees around us enters through our chest cavity, we become illuminated with gratitude as we pull ourselves up from the abyss. We slowly open our lips as the blue whirlpool in our throats unravel into a soft, flowing river. The vibration of every word recalibrates every ounce of discomfort in our chests, we speak with knowing as if spirit was channeling right through us.

We close our eyes, and pause for a moment.

We take a deep breath and allow our center to drop between our brow. We exhale, allowing our bones to relax. Violet visions begin to fill our minds, a mystic melody only understood through the test of time.

We are not separate beings, we are the embodiment of light, freezing into material state for the sake of our own comprehension, evolution, and experience. When we come to the understanding that what exists outside of us also lives within, and what dwells in our core is ever reflected into our environment, then the key to self mastery is within reach.

"Understanding the language of color will naturally unfold your innate ability to understand the language of the universe itself. In return, you will have the key to heal your vessel, creating pure space for divine evolution to take place."

Understanding Color in relation to the BODY, MIND + SOUL

Our BODY perceives color from the scientific aspect, we use color for medical purposes in order to heal.

Our MIND perceives color from the psychological aspect, we study the influence of color on mind and our emotions.

Our SOUL perceives color from the esoteric aspect, we use symbology and attributes of color to understand aspects of the aura.

In order to revitalize + heal the mind, body, and soul trinity one must understand the visceral phenomena of light + color and how it is connected to our overall wellbeing. Once there is an understanding that each aspect of the cosmic triad is greatly affected by color, we can use a variety of modalities to heal and strengthen ourselves.
